THE BUILDING of LIGHT leading to the City of Light

An exotic living space featuring these amenities

Living space without angles only curves is another feature which has a unique connection to the experience of Hermes Trismegistus.

Other featured amenities of the Exotic Living Space:

  • electromagnetic free bedrooms shielded rooms (special walls) that block out electromagnetic radiation making for a healthy environment, but also providing privacy from electronic intruders and EM impulses from nuclear weapons, and that increasing solar and galactic gamma radiation from space

  • Supplemental oxygen in the air (bacteria don’t like it and it is essential for energy and alertness that’s why they pump it into casino’s)

  • Negative ion generation (you know that energy and freshness one experiences at a waterfall, they clean the air)

  • Solid state smart LED lighting (uses 90% less energy, a more coherent light)

  • Mood altering rooms that feature large piezoelectric crystals which some people call synchronicity crystals.

  • Perfect mirrors.

  • Sky spheres with telescopes for watching the heavens and the world beneath them.

  • Wireless and fiber internet access

  • The application of the golden ration in design and color

  • Angle free rooms also known as Pi and Phi (Divine Proportion) Suites everything curves even the bed.

  • Integrated media systems with special sound systems

  • Silver door knobs and switches (kills bacteria on contact)

  • Treated water

  • The application of Feng Shui

  • Sacred geometry design and art

  • Roof top rock dust fortified garden

  • Exotic tea and coffee room with amaranth confections

  • Single hand held remote control

  • Prestigious Building of Light Address

  • Roof top Jacuzzi and meditation garden.

  • Emergency supply of water and Emergency generators

  • Satellite communications

  • Lights don’t go out the building is self sufficient for seven days in case of catastrophic storms or human produced systems failures.

  • and much more...

We are awaiting a response from 3M if they agree to provide some funding, it will be the 3M Building of Light.

The great architect beckons the other architects and the  builders and they the great masons.

  1. The real world purpose and main service and income for this building will be from business continuity systems and service, remote storage and communications processing for businesses across the nation (that’s my expertise). This is the reason for the wide openness and allowing the use of daylight for lighting. It may need to support double occupancy. The second purpose is it may be the home of a Peace Council. The third purpose is the building of light sends a message and stands as a symbol. If a disaster occurred in California employees could relocate here to continue business operations. Projected income is 1 billion dollars a year.
  1. Can you design a clear building? Well almost clear, it could have a steel frame. Some opaque areas and walkways on the floors and walls (the bathrooms) they could show up as say Blue cubes from the outside. All furniture for this building is custom designed for it. Mostly clear. We want to eliminate most materials that absorb light, add some that reflect certain frequencies. Works area will need a black background that worker face to give the eyes a rest.
  1. One would use a lot of the light pipe from 3m. They are going to sponsor some of the initial startup costs and we will name it the 3M building of light. That will be the address. Cool postal address you think? Of course during the day, we don’t need any lights, at all. Cloudy days we may turn on the light pipe.
  1. I want to build this in New York. It is a building of light. We could do a house of light as a test and learning experience but that may waste time.
  1. We use the Golden ratio everywhere we can. This number will be found everywhere in the design 1.618033989 you know better than I how that could apply. It seems to work for design in nature.
  1. The lighting will be fantastic; it will be bright and viewable from miles. Hmmm hope it wouldn't bother the neighbors. We need to control light pollution at night maybe. It needs to revert to a dim glow at 11:11 pm except Fri and Sat. then it goes of at 3:00 AM, people can set there watches by it. This will probably be criteria in the selection of the site. At 9:11 it glows brightly for a few minutes as a reminder of those that gave there lives to bring Peace. Well just a thought.
  1. Obviously we would need to design it for anti clutter storage, clutter which absorbs light. We would also need dark rooms for watching video and escaping the light :). These will be the black cubes. I will personally supply the computer systems with clear Plexiglas’s and pretty neon lights, actually they already exist.
  1. It needs to be along the river and designed to accommodate flooding, it needs bilge pumps perhaps. The diesel generators must be above the flood stage. Say seven stories or twelve? We might pick the very worst most run down area along the Hudson River real estate will be cheaper. The people who it displaces can work on the project and when done be able to afford a home or good education. We will then build around it. This building will be accessible by boat.
  1. The top of the building is a pyramid; the building needs be on the same axis and ratio as those of the Great Pyramid of Giza. This means the building itself may not face the street. This may facilitate the parking and transport area who knows.
  1. We might coat the pyramid in Gold. Or that new special reflective material by 3M and others. It is related to energy.  In this pyramid is the master conference room. It must be large enough to accommodate 200 people, one form every country sort of?
  1. Is there a clear material that absorbs sound?
  1. We will use the new solar cell material to capture light and convert to energy, and store it to offset energy costs and be available if there is a blackout and we run out of diesel fuel. It needs a backup power system and enough fuel stored that it can run for seven days. The chief income from this building will be as a business continuity service center. It will have fiber and satellite communications.
  1. What are the complications? More Less Fire issues? Heating Cooling costs or issues? What about stresses related to the extensive use of glass, Plexiglas and quartz? Your thoughts? One needs to have a certain amount of quartz in the building. In fact get this, when the building shifts or expands the quartz will produce energy. Are you familiar with that property?
  1. How about ventilation and the air ducts we would not want them to get unsightly. But remember sunlight kills pathogens. Important key factor.
  1. It will have server rooms where all the occupants can have there information system needs met. The building will have wireless connectivity to support data voice and video streaming to there are almost no wires except.
  1. Oh all door knobs and handles are made of or coated in silver, silver kills bacteria on contact. This includes the toilets.
  1. We don't want people to cook during the inside like an oven so we need lots of plants to absorb the light clean impurities and produce oxygen. The plumbing and water system needs to take this into account.
  1. Like will algae grow in the water pipes if they are clear? We could paint them with bright colors I suppose. Of course the Outflow pipes will not be see through I would like the incoming to be clear.
  1. We will also have a lot of water flowing and mixing with the air to produce negative ions. We may also generate these for the ventilation.
  1. The ventilation system must be so good that people can smoke in it and no one is bothered.
  1. It is important I think, because the building will be a message to the world it will stand no matter what and when all is done they will see it in a distance and their will be hope
  1. What is the estimated cost going to be about?
  1. If it works out it will use a new type of energy storage device which can keep it up for days.
  1. This building is not really in contemplation of war or terrorism, but natural forces of nature which we must accommodate.
  1. If we could build it to withstand a tidal wave, not that I expect one, it would be the first would it not?

How long will it take to witness the crystal city?
